We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer and LMS Administrator to join our
Learning and Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for
developing engaging and effective training content while also overseeing the
functioning of our Learning Management System (LMS). This role reports directly to the
Head of Learning and Development
Key Responsibilities:
1. Instructional Design:
  • Develop and design high-quality training content, including e-learning modules, videos,
presentations, job aids, and other learning materials.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy and
relevance of training content.
  • Apply instructional design principles to create effective and engaging learning
experiences.
  • Utilize multimedia tools and technologies to enhance learning materials.
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates of existing training materials to ensure they remain
current and effective.
2. Learning Management System Administration:
  • Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Create and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within the LMS.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues related to the LMS and escalate as necessary.
  • Maintain and update training content within the LMS, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Generate reports and analyze data to track training completion, effectiveness, and learner
engagement.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in LMS administration and elearning
technologies.
3. Project Management:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of training materials
and LMS updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, trainers, and
stakeholders, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables, and communicate progress to
stakeholders.
  • Conduct needs assessments and identify training gaps to inform the development of new
training programs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for
improvements.


Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field. Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree
preferred.
\xef\x82\xb7 Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design and LMS administration,
preferably in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and e-learning
technologies.
\xef\x82\xb7 Proficiency in using authoring tools, learning management systems, and multimedia
software.
\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
with cross-functional teams.
\xef\x82\xb7 Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
\xef\x82\xb7 Familiarity with QSR operations and training requirements is highly desirable.
