Drive sales growth by acquiring and managing institutional and industrial clients (transporters, government bodies, large fleets, industries, etc.).
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify new business opportunities within the institutional segment and develop strategies for account penetration.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service level agreements aligned with company policies.
Coordinate with internal teams (technical, logistics, accounts) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Track market trends, competition activity, and customer needs to provide market intelligence.
Meet or exceed sales targets, collection targets, and customer acquisition KPIs.
Ensure timely submission of sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs.
