JOB DESCRIPTION:
Role Purpose: -
This roles primary purpose is to significantly improve our presence in Public Procurement

• To strengthen and improve our tender participation and providing wide range of product participation in government procurements.

Responsibilities:

• Mapping and meeting all stake holders in public procurements

• Co-ordinate with HO team for Tender participation

• Identify new Govt. Institutions / Hospitals for e-tendering and online quoting.

• Mapping new customers into systems

• Dealing with Invoicing team for ensuring supplies on time in full

• Gather Tender information & collecting competitor informations

• Engaging stakeholders for scientific based activities

Based on tender: Identify, prepare, and submit: RAF - Rate Approval form for tender participation
Basic Qualifications

• MBA/ masters degree with 3-5 yrs. of experience in Pharma Company
• Experience in government procurement/supplies/business
• Strong communication skills and communication for stake holder management

Ability to work independently; self-starter to drive value creation.
