Responsible for proactively generating high-quality leads through data mining, cold calling, B2B LinkedIn outreach and social selling to schedule qualified meetings for the sales team. Conduct data mining to identify decision-makers (no field visits). Manage lead funnel and book qualified meetings for the sales team. Update CRM diligently with all lead and meeting information. Track performance metrics: meetings booked, response rates and lead quality. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine their approach. Monitor industry trends and develop strategic targeting. Proficient in lead generation tools and CRM platforms. Expertise in calling and outreach. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, result-driven, and proactive.
