Job Description


Inside Sales- New customer acquisition via phone, email, or other online channels- Map potential customers and generate leads for the organisation and look for new opportunities- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients- Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through website, emails, and inbound calls.- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly revenue targets- Build and maintain client relations- Work with internal departments such as production team to engage clients more deeply- Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions- Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing customers- Be a brand ambassador and reflect company value at all timesSkills:- Bachelors/Masters degree in Sales/ Marketing or a related subject - Proven experience in sales/marketing profile, ideally in the IT service industry- Should have a strong understanding of online advertising process and technology Fundamentals- Good business sense- Familiarity with CRM tools (eg.
