- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to targeted B2B prospects to generate interest and qualify leads.- Understand client needs and pain points, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services.- Maintain a deep understanding of the industry, product, and competitive landscape to handle objections and engage prospects.- Schedule meetings or product demos for account executives or senior sales team members.- Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track activities, update lead status, and manage pipelines efficiently.- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve campaign performance and targeting.- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly/quarterly KPIs including call volume, conversion rate, and qualified leads generated.
