We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to support our US and international sales operations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience engaging with global clients, managing the full sales cycle remotely, and driving consistent revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate and qualify leads.
Manage end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and closing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across the US and international markets.
Understand customer needs and recommend relevant products/services.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, pipelines, and sales activities in CRM.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer onboarding and retention.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
1-4 years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably handling US or international markets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing abilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Ability to work night shifts (US shift) when required.
Experience with CRM tools is an added advantage.
Preferred:
Prior experience selling to US clients or global customers.
Strong understanding of international sales dynamics and client expectations.
