Responsibilities:



Lead Generation & Prospecting

- Identifying potential customers through calls, emails, and online research.

Cold Calling & Outreach

- Initiating conversations with prospective clients to pitch products/services.

Client Communication

- Handling inbound inquiries, understanding customer needs, and providing solutions.

Product/Service Pitching

- Explaining features, benefits, and pricing to convince clients.

Sales Conversion

- Nurturing leads, handling objections, and closing sales deals.

CRM Management

- Maintaining accurate records of leads, prospects, and customer interactions in CRM tools.

Follow-ups

- Regularly following up with potential and existing clients to drive sales.

Collaboration with Sales Team

- Coordinating with field sales and marketing teams to align sales strategies.

Target Achievement

- Meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Market Feedback

- Sharing customer insights, competitor activities, and market trends with management.

Customer Relationship Management

- Building strong long-term relationships to increase retention and upselling opportunities.
