Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound calls and engage in proactive outreach to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline for our solutions. - Respond to inbound inquiries and provide timely and accurate information about our solutions, features, and benefits. - Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential customers and target industries. - Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, understanding their pain points, challenges, and goals. - Effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions and articulate how they can address specific customer needs. - Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, meet sales targets, and achieve revenue goals. - Follow up on leads, schedule and conduct product demonstrations, and deliver persuasive sales presentations. - Prepare and present compelling proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective customers. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software. - Stay up to date with industry trends, market changes, and competitors\' offerings to effectively position our solutions. Qualifications: - Previous experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in the technology or software industry. - 0 to 4 years relevant experience. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting customer relationships. - Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade potential customers. - Sound knowledge of consultative selling techniques and solution-based selling. - Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills. - Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. - Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
