Conducting outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and qualify them. Managing and nurturing leads through the sales pipeline. Connect with existing customers for new requirements. Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies. Fixing appointments for sales executives. Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services. Utilizing CRM software to track sales activities, update customer information, and generate reports. Participating in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques. Providing feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer interactions and market trends.
