Inside Sales Representative Benefits Location: Hybrid (Home-Based and Office \xe2\x80\x93 Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, India) Job Type: Full-time Pay: Negotiable per year Vacation: Paid time off Schedule: Mondays to Fridays Experience: B2B Inside Sales 3 years (Required) About the role We are looking for talented and competitive Inside Sales Representatives that thrive in a quick sales cycle environment. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious B2B customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales. This involves cross-selling, up-selling and renewal of existing business across the range of EuroNoxx Reserves products and services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understand B2B customer needs and requirements
  • Responsible for expanding existing accounts through business-to-business sales for EuroNoxx Reserves products and services
  • Create an overall development plan for success for the assigned territory
  • Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed sales targets
  • Provide timely follow up, closure and tracking of all identified opportunities
  • Actively responsible for the development, management and closure of forecasted opportunities
  • Provide regular business pipeline reports/forecasts for all business developed and closed
  • Provide quotations/pricing to the distributor
  • Maintain accurate records within Salesforce and other systems, update relevant information including forecast held in these systems
  • Make outbound telephone calls to B2B customers to identify, progress and close sales opportunities
  • Maintain high levels of phone activity, and achieve set targets for pipeline growth
  • Attend virtual external customer meetings and internal meetings with other internal functions as required
  • Attend training and develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills as appropriate
  • Indicate problems and opportunities to the Inside Sales Manager
Experience and Skills:
  • A proven track record of success in managing and developing accounts
  • Experience selling to C-Suite is an advantage
  • Experience of closing business
  • Experience of working in a sales position
  • PC literate with knowledge of MS Office applications as a minimum, and Google Suite
  • Self-driven, results-orientated with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and business profit
  • A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance
  • Keen for new experience, responsibility and accountability
  • Able to work with others and be a team player
  • Excellent writing and oral skills in English Language
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
