Ltd.(Channel Partner of Proctor & Gamble) JOB TITLE Inside Sales Manager WORK LOCATION Delhi DEPARTMENT Sales & Marketing Essential Duties & Responsibilities: \xc3\x98 Inside Sales/Telesales Manager is to manage the telesales team and make them to pitch our loan product offerings to them \xc3\x98 _Experienced & Actively approach targeted business clients & search for new prospects, leads via channels like(Sales Navigator (Priority), telephone, email, social networks, etc.
Develop relationships with prospects and to churn it for business._ \xc3\x98 Provide Training to the telesales team \xc3\x98 Development of effective sales strategies and set the monthly sales targets \xc3\x98 Implementing and monitoring the performance of sales strategies \xc3\x98 Analyzing the performance of the telesales team members & develop sales scripts \xc3\x98 Building and maintaining long-term customer relations \xc3\x98 Preparing and presenting detailed and accurate sales reports \xc3\x98 Addressing any customer queries and complaints through phone \xc3\x98 Maintaining an updated record of all important customer information in the database \xc3\x98 Recording sales calls and meetings details for future reference \xc3\x98 Keeping a track of KPIs \xc3\x98 Taking up any urgent requests or queries in a timely manner \xc3\x98 Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies. \xc3\x98 Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) SKILLS REQUIRED: \xc3\x98 Proven working experience as a \xe2\x80\x9cSales Coordinator\xe2\x80\x9d or a relevant role. \xc3\x98 Proficiency in Computer skills (MS EXCEL/ Word/ Tally etc. \xc3\x98 Proficiency in English & Local Language. \xc3\x98 Excellent organizational and leadership skills. \xc3\x98 Ability to build rapport. \xc3\x98 Must be Graduate /Post Graduate.
