Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Qualification:

o Proactively identify and qualify potential customers through various channels,

including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling.

o Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand customer requirements and

recommend suitable solutions.

Sales Cycle Management:

o Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing, ensuring a smooth and

efficient process.

o Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.

Product Knowledge:

o Develop a deep understanding of our network security and data centre product

offerings, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

o Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements.

Customer Relationship Management:

o Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and

customer service.

o Provide ongoing support and assistance to customers throughout the sales process

and beyond.

Sales Reporting:

o Accurately track sales activities and performance metrics.

o Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to management.

Required Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

? Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the technology or IT industry.

? Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.

? Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

? Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.

? A passion for technology and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?12,504.58 - ?42,199.95 per month
