Sales & Lead ManagementGenerate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and partner interactions.
Understand customer requirements and propose relevant networking products and solutions.
Maintain and nurture a healthy sales pipeline for assigned regions (Mumbai/Bangalore).
Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation & revenue targets.Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified opportunities.
Customer & Partner CoordinationSchedule meetings, demos, and presentations for the field sales / pre-sales team.Coordinate with OEMs (Cisco, HPE, Juniper, etc.) and distributors for pricing, product availability, and discount structures.
Support account managers in proposal creation, quotations, and documentation.Product & Market UnderstandingMaintain strong knowledge of networking products (switching, routing, wireless, firewalls, data center solutions).
Stay updated with tech trends, competitor offerings, and industry pricing movements.
Understand customer pain-points and communicate solutions effectively.Sales Operations & ReportingMaintain CRM entries, sales tracker, and daily follow-up logs.
Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and pipeline updates.Ensure smooth coordination between sales, presales, procurement, and support teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2-3 years of Inside Sales experience in IT hardware / networking / infrastructure / cybersecurity domain.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to understand technical products and articulate value propositions.
Experience working with OEMs/distributors for pricing and quotations.
Proficiency with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience in networking or IT product sales.
Ability to join immediately to within 15 days.
Good command over English & local language (Hindi/Kannada preferred).
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred (BBA/BCom/BTech/BE)Additional certifications in sales or IT (CCNA basics understanding is a plus)
