As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Inside Sales Representative Lead to join our dynamic team and drive the inside sales function to generate qualified leads. : We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative Executive to drive the generation of qualified leads. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in inside sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to execute lead generation activities via e-mail and cold calling, and meeting weekly targets. Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and coach a team of inside sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Develop and implement strategies to generate qualified leads and drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with marketing and other departments to optimize lead generation campaigns and initiatives.
Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Marketing Head and CBO.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in inside sales and lead generation.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven track record of success in inside sales, with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
Proficiency in writing effective email copies
Results-driven with a focus on achieving lead generation targets and driving revenue growth
