Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and inbound leads.
Qualify leads and nurture them into opportunities for cybersecurity products (firewalls, endpoint protection, SIEM, cloud security, etc.).
Engage with IT decision-makers (CIOs, CISOs, IT Heads, Network Managers) to understand their needs and position solutions effectively.
Work closely with the field sales / business development team to schedule meetings, demos, and presentations.
Maintain an active pipeline of prospects using CRM tools and update regularly.
Collaborate with marketing teams for campaigns, webinars, and lead-generation activities.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly lead and sales targets.
Stay updated on cybersecurity market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
Provide timely reports and insights on lead quality, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
0-3 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or tele-sales for IT / Cybersecurity products.
Knowledge of cybersecurity solutions (e.g., Fortinet, Palo Alto, Sophos, Cisco, Check Point, etc.) preferred.
Excellent communication (verbal & written), persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Strong cold calling, prospecting, and lead qualification skills.
Ability to work with sales targets and deliver consistent performance.
