Role Overview: As an Inside Sales Representative at amazedIT you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue by proactively contacting potential customers, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value of our services. You will work closely with our sales team and utilize your persuasive communication skills to convert leads into satisfied customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
• Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain communication with prospects to understand their requirements, provide service information, and inquiries.
• Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase product features, benefits, and value propositions.
• Sales Negotiation: Collaborate with prospects to negotiate and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Targets and Reporting: Meet and exceed sales targets while providing regular reports on sales performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 0 - 2 years of inside sales or relevant experience in a similar role, freshers can also apply.
• Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Communication Skills (Tamil and English): Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers and team members
• Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to understand customer needs and build relationships based on trust and credibility.
• Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office or similar tools.
• Adaptability: Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies.
