On-Site - Chennai Full Time Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, making cold calls, and closing deals over the phone or through email. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be confident, and have a competitive spirit. Responsibilities:

• Generate leads by researching potential clients, using social media, and conducting market research.
• Reach out to potential clients via cold calling, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
• Manage sales pipeline, follow up with leads, and close deals.
• Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate campaigns and generate qualified leads.
• Update and maintain customer records and sales activity in the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Inside Sales Representative or similar role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong phone presence and experience making cold calls.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience using CRM software to manage customer information.
• Understanding of sales performance metrics.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
