Req. Experience: (1-2) Years of relevant Experience as Sales or Business Development officer in Food Industry. Req. Knowledge and Skills:

Key Responsibilities Business Development and Sales: \xc2\xb7 Generate leads and convert them into successful projects. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate closely with domain experts in the production department. \xc2\xb7 Understand research and development requirements from leads and translate them into a clear format. \xc2\xb7 Effectively communicate requirements to domain experts for proposal creation. \xc2\xb7 Ensure seamless project execution. \xc2\xb7 Prospect potential clients and initiate negotiations. \xc2\xb7 Establish strong working relationships with clients using various communication channels. \xc2\xb7 Proactively follow up on leads through phone, Skype, email, and in-person meetings. \xc2\xb7 Skillfully negotiate and renegotiate deals to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. \xc2\xb7 Meet and exceed sales targets. \xc2\xb7 Consistently submit comprehensive reports on a monthly and yearly basis for continuous improvement.
