We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Inside Sales Engineer to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding and sales acumen to drive business growth by engaging with both existing and lapsed customers. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, handling technical queries, and ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams to fulfill customer orders.Key Responsibilities:- Sales Target Achievement: Generate new business opportunities and drive revenue from existing and lapsed customers to meet sales targets and Key Performance Metrics (KPMs).- Technical Support: Address customer queries over the phone, providing technical solutions with support from the technical team when needed.- Call Planning & Management: Effectively manage your daily calls, ensuring call targets are met while maintaining high customer engagement and conversion rates.- Database Management: Maintain a clean and organized sales database using Salesforce to track customer interactions, sales progress, and potential leads.- Order Coordination: Work closely with the support team to ensure smooth and efficient processing of customer orders and ensure timely delivery of products/services.Skills & Qualifications:- Experience: 1 to 4 years in sales or inside sales, preferably with exposure to technical products or services.- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills to handle customer queries effectively.- Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical customers.- CRM Tools: Experience using CRM software (Salesforce or similar) to manage leads, opportunities, and customer data.
