Key Responsibilities:
? Lead and manage a team of inside sales executives, driving them to meet and exceed sales targets.
? Drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
? Track team performance and implement coaching interventions where needed.
? Monitor sales KPIs and generate daily/weekly reports for leadership review.
? Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Ops teams to improve funnel efficiency.
? Create a performance-driven culture and ensure continuous skill development within the team.
? Manage end-to-end sales processes including pitch, negotiation, and closures
Requirements:
? Education: Graduate (minimum qualification)
? Experience: Minimum 4 years of overall experience, with at least 4 years in EdTech sales and minimum 2-3 years of team handling experience.
? Proven ability to manage, mentor, and lead a team of high-performing sales professionals.
? Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
? Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
? Willingness to work from our Bangalore office (WFO).

Pay: ?2,200,000.00 - ?2,800,000.00 per year
