Job Description

Responsibilities:



1. Lead Generation



Identify and generate leads through calls, emails, social media, and online research.

Maintain and update the lead database.

2. Client Outreach



Make outbound calls to potential customers.

Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up with prospects.

3. Product/Service Presentation



Explain product features and benefits clearly to customers.

Conduct virtual demos or presentations when needed.

4. Sales Conversion



Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.

Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

5. Customer Relationship Management



Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

6. Follow-ups & Tracking



Regular follow-up with leads until conversion.

Track all communication and sales progress in CRM tools.

7. Reporting



Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.

Share insights on customer needs and market trends with the sales team.

8. Coordination



Coordinate with the marketing and field sales teams to improve lead quality and conversions.

9. Upselling & Cross-selling



Promote additional products or services to increase revenue
