Sales Leadership & Strategy
Develop and execute inside sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
Build, train, and manage a high-performing inside sales team
Set KPIs, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement
Align inside sales activities with overall business and sales objectives
Lead & Opportunity Management
Manage inbound and outbound leads for scaffolding and ladder products
Qualify leads and ensure timely follow-up and conversion
Oversee preparation of quotations, tenders, and proposals
Track opportunities through CRM and ensure accurate sales forecasting
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, industrial clients, and distributors
Handle key customer negotiations, pricing discussions, and escalations
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
Coordination & Process Improvement
Coordinate with field sales, engineering, production, and supply chain teams
Ensure smooth order processing, delivery timelines, and post-sales support
Standardize sales processes, documentation, and reporting
Improve sales cycle efficiency and conversion ratios
Market & Product Knowledge
Stay updated on scaffolding systems, ladders, safety standards, and industry trends
Provide market feedback to management for product development and pricing strategy
Analyze competitor activities and market opportunities
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proven B2B inside sales experience
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong understanding of scaffolding, ladders, or construction/industrial equipment (preferred)
CRM proficiency (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
