Make outbound sales calls to introduce products/services to prospects.
Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
Build strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
3. Sales Presentations & Demonstrations
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.
Conduct virtual demos or presentations to potential clients.
Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions.
4. Quotation & Proposal Preparation
Prepare and share quotes, proposals, and price lists.
Coordinate with the sales or technical team for custom requirements.
Ensure timely follow-up on all proposals sent.
5. Sales Target Achievement
Work to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Track progress and report sales performance to management.
6. CRM & Reporting
Update customer details, lead status, and activities in CRM (Salesforce/Zoho).
Maintain accurate sales records, follow-up logs, and reports.
Generate weekly and monthly sales reports.
7. Coordination with Teams
Coordinate with the field sales team for meetings, demos, and order closures.
Work with the operations team for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
Share customer feedback with product and support teams.
8. Market Research
Monitor competitor products, pricing, and industry trends.
Identify new business opportunities and potential customer segments.
9. Customer Service Support
Handle initial customer issues and provide quick resolutions.
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
10. Administrative Tasks
Manage email communication and documentation.
