Business Development Executive (BDE)
to expand our client base and build strong, long-term partnerships in the US logistics market.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the US logistics and transportation industry (e.g., FTL, LTL, intermodal, warehousing, 3PL).
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, decision-makers, and business trends.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, online platforms (LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc.), and industry events.
Develop and present customized proposals and pricing solutions to prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Coordinate with operations, dispatch, and carrier sales teams to ensure service excellence.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline updates in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Provide regular reports and feedback to senior leadership on sales performance and market trends.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
1-3 years of experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or transportation sales (preferably in the US market).
