Responsibilities

Drive outbound calls to enterprise customers in the USA for Custom app development, AI-first & AI agent projects

Body shopping & staff augmentation

Use Apollo, LinkedIn Navigator, email & campaign tools for lead generation.

Pitch solutions, handle objections, and book web demos/meetings with decision-makers.

Maintain accurate CRM records and work closely with sales/marketing teams.

Achieve weekly/monthly KPIs for calls, meetings, and pipeline contribution.

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong US accent with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Proven experience in outbound or inside sales, preferably in the USA IT services domain.

Negotiation, persuasion & demo pitching skills.

Hands-on with Apollo, Navigator, campaign & CRM tools.

Target-driven, resilient, and self-motivated.
