Job Description

Responsibilities:



1. Lead Generation & Prospecting



Identify and generate leads through various channels (calls, emails, social media, CRM tools).

Qualify potential customers and maintain a strong pipeline.

2. Client Engagement



Connect with potential clients via phone, email, or virtual meetings.

Understand client needs and propose suitable products/services.

3. Sales Conversion



Present and demonstrate products/services effectively.

Handle objections and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

4. Follow-Up & Relationship Management



Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and existing customers.

Build long-term relationships for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

5. Reporting & Documentation



Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM.

Share regular updates with the sales manager on performance and pipeline.

6. Collaboration



Coordinate with marketing, operations, and customer support teams.
