Job Description

Responsibilities:



1. Lead Generation & Qualification



Identify and contact potential customers via phone, email, or social media.

Qualify leads based on defined criteria to determine sales potential.

2. Customer Engagement



Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.

3. Sales Execution



Conduct product presentations or demos (often virtually).

Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales.

Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

4. CRM & Reporting



Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in CRM systems (like Salesforce or HubSpot).

Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.

5. Collaboration



Coordinate with marketing for lead nurturing campaigns.

Work with product or customer support teams to resolve customer issues and gather feedback.

6. Follow-up & Nurturing



Follow up with leads who didn't convert initially.

Nurture long-term opportunities to keep the sales funnel active.
