Key Responsibilities:



Conduct

lead generation and cold calling

to identify and qualify potential clients.

Engage with existing customers

to build long-term relationships and generate repeat business. Understand client needs and present appropriate product or service solutions. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and meet weekly/monthly lead and conversion targets. Follow up on inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop effective outreach strategies. Represent the company professionally and ensure a positive client experience in every interaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Proven experience in

inside sales, telemarketing, or business development

(B2B preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills with a confident phone presence. Ability to

build rapport and trust

with clients quickly. Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets. Proficiency in using

CRM tools and MS Office applications

. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
