ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY
1. Sales Coordination:
Lead the coordination of the entire sales process from following a lead to post-sale follow-up, ensuring timely and efficient service.
Coordinate with clients and internal departments to ensure timely delivery and fulfilment of orders.
Monitor and track the progress of sales orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction.
2. Order Management:
Oversee the order processing, ensuring all customer requirements are met and orders are completed on time.
Resolve any issues related to orders, deliveries, and product inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
Prepare sales reports and provide updates on the status of open orders.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and follow up on leads.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand customer accounts.
4. Sales Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and sales performance.
Assist in generating reports on sales performance, tracking key metrics and KPIs.
Use CRM tools to manage sales leads, forecasts, and customer data.
5. Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking
Monitor sales performance metrics and analyse trends.
Provide regular updates to management on sales activities and results.
Forecast sales revenue and adjust strategies accordingly.
6. Target-Based Work:
Work on a monthly target basis, ensuring that sales goals and quotas are consistently met.
Actively track performance against targets, collaborate with the sales team to strategize on achieving goals, and contribute to overall sales growth.
JOB RELATED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
Educational Background
: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Experience
: Proven track record in inside sales, with at least 3+ years of experience in a B2B (Preferable) or B2C sales environment.
Communication Skills
: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to engage and persuade clients effectively.
Technical Proficiency
: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Odoo, Salesforce), MS Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
Negotiation Skills
: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
