Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Understanding the products and services offered by the company. \xc2\xb7 Setting a sales target and developing a marketing strategy for the same. \xc2\xb7 Initiating phone conversations with customer and pitch the product. \xc2\xb7 Updating the database with all the customer\'s information. \xc2\xb7 Ensuring the customers are satisfied by the services provided to them. \xc2\xb7 Using a sales script to handle the customers efficiently. \xc2\xb7 Building a strong relationship with the old and existing customers. \xc2\xb7 Taking and processing customers\' orders in a professional manner. \xc2\xb7 Providing an excellent customer service to the customers. \xc2\xb7 Answering to customers\' questions in regards to products and services. \xc2\xb7 Adhering to all the company\xe2\x80\x99s rules and regulations.
