We are having an urgent opening for the position of Inside Sales Executive for a reputed company in Education Industry in Mumbai (Andheri) location.

We are looking to hire an experienced, customer-oriented tele sales executive to utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets. The tele sales executives responsibilities include cross-selling or up-selling our products where possible, receiving incoming telephone calls and assisting with customer inquiries, as well as maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received.
Reporting to: Team Leader
Key Responsibilities:

• Initiating sales calls with potential customers over the phone.
• Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
• Listening to the customers\' needs to generate appointments for field sales staff.
• Answering customers\' questions on the products.
• Booking appointment for Team Leader and field sales
• Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.

Tele sales Representative Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Creative thinking skills.
• The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
• Good sales ability.
• Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
