Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

Prospecting & Lead Gen:

Identify and research potential B2B clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and inbound leads.

Sales Cycle Management:

Manage leads from initial contact through qualification (using methods like BANT or SPIN), product demos, proposal, and closing.

Virtual Selling:

Conduct online product presentations, demos, and walkthroughs using video conferencing tools.

Pipeline & CRM:

Maintain accurate, detailed records of all activities and deal stages in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot).

Collaboration:

Work with marketing, product, and customer success teams for alignment and smooth handoffs.

Revenue Generation:

Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas and revenue targets.
Key Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in SaaS or inside sales. Exceptional communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills. Strong self-motivation and a target-driven attitude. Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools. Ability to understand and articulate technical software solutions.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
