Lead Generation & Qualification:

Actively seeking out and identifying potential customers.

Sales Calls & Presentations:

Contacting prospects via phone or email to explain product/service benefits and conduct demonstrations.

Deal Negotiation & Closing:

Working with customers to agree on terms and finalize sales agreements.

Customer Relationship Management:

Maintaining customer records and providing support to existing clients for satisfaction and repeat business.

Sales Pipeline Management:

Monitoring sales activities, updating CRM systems, and reporting on sales performance.

Collaboration:

Working with marketing and other teams to develop and implement sales strategies.

Product Knowledge:

Staying informed about product features, benefits, and competitor offerings to better serve customers.
