Job Description

Responsibilities:

Responsible for making calls to existing and as well as new clients for getting orders.

Responsible for receiving calls from customers and answering them on their queries.

Responsible for taking follow ups on due payments by Calls, Email & Letters.

Provide support to customers in the process of placing orders.

Responsible for providing quotation to customers.

Co-ordinate with logistics for the dispatch status of orders.

Maintaining CRM on daily basis.

Visits customers whenever required.

Sharing daily reports by EOD.

Sharing Gem Links to customers Daily whenever Required.

Help clients in Add to Cart our products or Add to Cart product in GEM from customer's ID.

Co-ordinating with customers on calls, emails & chats daily.
