Responsibilities: Market Research: \xc3\x98 Build a good knowledge of the market environment in which the customer is operating and ensure timely reporting on market intelligence. \xc3\x98 Continuous learning on business domain in which Solunus is operating. \xc3\x98 Keep an open eye on the market to detect any threats from competitors. \xc3\x98 Generate sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets. \xc3\x98 Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge to effectively articulate our offerings\' value proposition and differentiators. Sales: \xc3\x98 Manage structured sales plan with clear KPIs and targets. \xc3\x98 Promote and sell products and services to target markets to meet their needs and to achieve the sales targets and revenue budgets. \xc3\x98 Ensure timely sales targets are achieved. \xc3\x98 Maintain a pro-active and creative approach to sales opportunities. \xc3\x98 Make cold calls to prospects and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services. Customer Relationship: \xc3\x98 Provide exceptional sales support by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. \xc3\x98 Build trust, social activities & public relations with key account customers, work on solving their problems, and respond to their requests any time. \xc3\x98 Educate and create awareness to the customers about any new offers, bundles, promotion services offered by Solunus. \xc3\x98 Send out client correspondence within 24 hours of the request for information as a tool for managing the sales efforts. \xc3\x98 Promote the company\xe2\x80\x99s image through attitude, professionalism, knowledge, customer orientation and responsiveness to customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs. \xc3\x98 Utilize CRM software to document sales activities, track leads, and manage customer information accurately.
