Job Description


An Inside Sales Consultant will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating product interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. Research and write the proposal for sales . Understand the marketing dynamics and fulfill the gaps Source new sales opportunities through in-bond lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Meeting prospective clients, execute effective product demonstrations (including product features and benefits to adhere to a solution). Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate interest for sales opportunities. Understand customer needs and requirements. Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure of sales. Negotiate with clients and close deals and fulfil the monthly/ seasonal/ and annual targets. Staying up to date with competing products and services. Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory. Collaborate with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals. Managing customer accounts by ensuring timely follow-ups. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Maintain and update all the client related information on CRM tools. Required Experience and Qualifications: Proven Inside Sales Consultant experience for minimum of 0-4 years. Track record for achieving the target. Bachelor\'s or associate degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field is preferred. Certified Sales Professional (CSP) accreditation is advantageous. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications. Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills Desired Skills: Lead generation, Cold Calling, Business- to- Business (B2B), Software as a Service (SaaS), Sales, Negotiation, Tele calling, Business Development, Tele-sales, Closing Sales.
