Job Description
The ideal candidate is expected to have knowledge over handling the customer over phones, He/ she should be skillful in MS office and voice processing.
Qualification:
- Any relevant degree holder with an experience of minimum 1 year.
- Female candidates are highly preferable.
- Candidates who are highly curious about the ETP/STP processes have an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to handle the customers.
- He/ She should maintain reports.
- He/ She are able to achieve the monthly target.
- He/she should be able to talk to at least 100 customers a day
