Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and digital platforms
Contact prospective customers to introduce products or services
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems
Follow up on inquiries and nurture leads through the sales funnel
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Prepare sales reports and forecasts
Coordinate with marketing and field sales teams
Handle objections and negotiate pricing within company guidelines
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
