Explain product/service features, benefits, and pricing to potential clients.
Maintain and update customer database (CRM) with accurate sales activities and client interactions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
Collaborate with the marketing and field sales teams to align on business development strategies.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Prepare sales reports and share insights with management
