Relationship Building and Customer Management Establish rapport and build relationships with potential customers.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to nurture and convert them into sales.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products or services.
Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to existing customers.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
CRM And Data Management
Update customer information, sales activities, and interactions in the CRM system.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, sales pipeline, and customer information.
Generate reports on sales performance, lead conversion, and other relevant metrics.
Qualifications And Requirements
Proven experience in tele-sales or telemarketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and persuasive demeanour.
Strong negotiation and objection handling abilities.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet sales goals.
Good understanding of sales principles and techniques.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Self-motivated with a proactive and resilient attitude.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing a plus.
