Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate and qualify real estate leads
Explain property details, pricing, location benefits, and project specifications to clients
Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, and CRM systems
Schedule site visits and coordinate with field sales/site teams
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties
Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and client interactions in CRM
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and conversion goals
Handle customer objections and provide effective solutions
Share regular sales reports and pipeline updates with management
Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely communication and follow-ups
Requirements:-
Graduate / Undergraduate
Minimum 3-6 months of experience in inside sales / tele-sales (real estate preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle inbound & outbound sales calls confidently
Experience in lead generation, follow-ups, and closures
Knowledge of real estate projects, pricing, and sales process
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Excel
Target-oriented with strong persuasion skills
Good listening and customer-handling skills
