Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and online research. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services. Maintain regular follow-ups with potential and existing clients. Update and manage customer information in CRM systems. Work closely with the marketing and field sales teams to convert leads into clients. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare quotations and send proposals to clients. Handle inbound inquiries and provide prompt support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong convincing, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools. Target-driven and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
