We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads
Handle inbound queries and convert them into sales
Follow up on leads and maintain client database
Understand customer requirements and offer solutions accordingly
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain strong knowledge of company products and services
Coordinate with the field sales team for follow-ups
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good convincing and negotiation skills
Ability to handle rejection and stress
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
