Job Description

Skills & Experience: Experience: 1-2 years Primary Responsibilities:
  • Everyday Basis telephonic calls need to be made to channel partners and End customers.
  • Knowing the opinions of clients, specific business requirements, and using product expertise to satisfy those requirements acquiring in-depth understanding of technological requirements to ensure service quality.
  • Identifying and developing new business through networking and follow-up calls, Cold-calling in order to create interest in products and generate new business leads.
  • Documentation of Daily Calls, funnels and relevant Details is must.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Any Bachelor?s degree or Masters (Computer Science or IT preferred)
  • Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills are needed in order to work successfully with customers in ambiguous situations.
  • Experience in tele calling ,BPO and IT Hardware sales will be preferred.
  • At least 1 ? 2 years of experience In hardware or software in Inside sales to SMB segments, enterprise customers.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi is must.
