we are hiring for the role of presales consultant for a leading companyRoles and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for handling the customer's inquiry and upselling the product and servicesDealing with number of outbound callsAnswer potential clients questions about home improvement products and servicesGenerate revenue and make an impact in lead conversion, Growth, Customer delightSet Appointments with prospective customer based on our associates schedulesSkillsShould have minimum 1 year experience in sales and customer service in the field of Edutech / Banking / Insurance /Home services etc.Candidate should have completed minimum education of 10+2 (PUC/Diploma 3 years)Should have English fluency plus any regional languages ( Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Kannada)Strong communication skillsAbility to handle and resolve complex customer callsSALARY : UPTO 5 lakh per yearWORKING HOURS : 5 DAYS WORKINGLOCATION : WORK FROM OFFICE(BANGALORE)TIMING : 10 AM - 5 PMNO INCENTIVES ONLY VARIOUBLE PAYJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: Up to ?30,000.00 per monthSchedule:
