ZenHeal Wellness Private Limited Title: Inside Sales Executive / Patient Care Executive About ZenOnco.io: ZenOnco.io is the World's First Integrative Oncology cancer care healthtech platform. We provide end-to-end care to cancer patients regarding both medical as well as complementary treatment to improve their quality of life and increase chances of cure. We educate patients, help them design their treatment roadmap, standardize service providers, facilitate treatment for last-mile service delivery, connect with other survivors, and do regular follow-ups. We are leveraging technology to do this in a scalable manner. We were recognized at ESMO (European Society for Medical Oncology) for launching the World's first tool to generate free directional Integrative Oncology treatment reports (ZIOPAR). We are also launching India's first community platform to connect cancer patients, survivors & caregivers (akin to Quora for Integrative Oncology). • Past industry: Healthcare background required (could be before current industry as well)
• Past role: Inside sales over calling required. B2C preferred
• Years of experience: 2 years to 6 years required
• Languages spoken: English & Hindi required
• Immediate joining is preferred
• Distance from office: Within 7 km of HSR Layout - Sector 6, Bangalore (it is work from office)

• Expected CTC: CTC shall depend on current CTC and last hike majorly. Internally, max CTC that we are offering for this role is 5lpa. There shall be additional incentives - no upper cap on incentives
• Working days & hours: 5 working days + Alternate Saturday working
• For female candidates: Shift timings are 10am to 7pm
• For male candidates: They can choose working hours as 11am to 8pm or 12 noon to 9pm

• Stable candidates are preferred. Shouldn't be jumping jobs every now and then

B) Hiring process:

• Target is to hire 20 sales candidates - Agency and Zen team to work accordingly
• Agency to fill Excel tracker with candidate details (link provided on mail)
• Agency to inform Zen team on mail once 4-5 candidate details are filled
• Zen team to do quick CV evaluation, and confirm on mail if prime facie candidates are okay
• Agency to schedule interviews with the candidates - face-to-face at Zen's HSR office from 1pm to 8pm
• Zen team to interview the candidates and enter remarks in the Excel sheet: HR round, followed with 10-mins written test, followed with Manager round
• If candidate is selected, Zen team to update Agency on mail, and coordinate directly with the candidate to finalize the offer
• Agency to refine candidate selection based on remarks in sheet
