Mediversal Academy is seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and effectively promoting our products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conducting outbound calls to prospective customers and explaining the features and benefits of our offerings.

2. Building and maintaining a strong customer database through regular follow-ups and communication.

3. Meeting and exceeding sales targets by actively promoting and selling our products/services.

4. Collaborating with the sales team to achieve collective goals and objectives.

5. Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.

6. Keeping abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.

Requirements:

1. 0-2 years of experience in inside sales or a related field.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

4. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

5. Proactive attitude with a focus on achieving sales targets.

6. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
