Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Sales Associate - Architectural Structure to join our team on-site in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies for our architectural structures division. The job will include visiting potential clients, presenting our products, negotiating and closing deals, and maintaining customer relationships. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and with knowledge of architectural structures.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and Conducting meeting with Architects, Interior designers, PMC to promote the organization and products.
• To understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the products you represent, including their features, benefits, and applications.
• Assist clients in product selection by providing technical information and specification.
• Collaborate with internal estimation team to prepare accurate quote and proposals and provide it to the clients.
• Routine follow ups with sales team and with clients to know status about proposals.
• Maintain accurate records and sales activities, client interactions, and sales forecasts.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management.

Experience

2 to 4 years proven experienced in sales, preferably in Construction/Architectural related luxurious products. Experience in to work with architect office will be huge advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Knowledge AutoCAD software is huge advantage.
• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies, customer relationship management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft office applications.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of team.
• Dedication to providing great customer service.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
