Adapting to CRM.- Assisting Students in the admission process and fee collection.
- Cold-calling from the given database for leads generation and process for the nurturing calling.
- Talk with the prospect/leads on the phone/dialer so as to convert the leads
- Counsel students and help in solving their admission queries.
- Counsel students for their career path in UG/PG etc.
- Email writing skills.
- Handling chatbot inquiries.
- SMS copyright.
- Whatsapp sales communication.
- Reach daily and weekly sales targets.
- Proper follow-up and the documentation
Qualifications
Since it's an entry-level/intermediate role, we are okay to hire both freshers and less experienced candidates. [0-6 months of Experience]- Should be an Undergrad in any field.
- Should have good command in English both verbal and written.
- Any regional language is a plus. Hindi, English
- Basic knowledge about the sales process
Additional Information
6 days a week and work timings would be (9:30 am to 7 pm)- CTC Range - 2.8 - 3 LPA + Incentives
- Candidates will have to report to the office location- Bangalore
- Any Graduation( Mandatory)
